This was so unbelievably easy to make! Here in Melbourne, there is a great little Japanese grocery store that sells sushi grade tuna– I just cut the fish into sashimi, and added a mixed cabbage salad (with Ponzu dressing) Sooo good
This picture shows only about 1/3 of the fish I had, the whole meal cost about 1/2 of what you would pay at a restaurant. Check out your local Japanese markets– you’ll find so much cool stuff! Be careful though, I found that a lot of the imported Japanese foods contain high fructose corn syrup as a sweetner (not good!)– so make sure to read the labels.
Even better then purchasing dressings is to make you own. This recipe is great, and really simple (for those of you without a lot of time) :)
